We have just opened this on my daughters birthday and most parts are missing, not happy at all

Poor quality
Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday I am glad I didn’t paid the full price as the quality was not that good if I had paid full price I would of sent it back ELC quality has gone down hill some what !
