It’s a good shoe

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toe box is a bit more narrow than Glycerin Max. GM2 is less “springy” & does not propel me forward as much as GM. The GM2 is a good shoe but I do prefer the GM for its plushness over the GM2. Would love brighter colors/combinations of colors!!

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a fan of the glycerin max and will never go back. This is something I wear for my 12 hour work shift. I’ve always been a person to wear hokas but since finding the glycerin max, I’ve never been able to try anything else. I have plantar fasciitis and these help with the pain post shift and the morning after! I definitely recommend.

Love!

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been running in these for the last several weeks and I really love this shoe. The amount of cushion is perfect and I have had zero issues with my feet. 10/10 recommend, especially if you love the Ghost Max.

still bottom, and limeted toe room

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

even the bottom is thick, but it's stiff. it's not as cushion as the ghost max2. it's pretty shallow on the toe room, don't feel comfortble at all.

THE OG was so much better!

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the OG Glycerine MAX! They provided me so much comfort while recovering from a pelvic ring fracture. This newer version is a disappointment though! Just finished running a marathon two weeks ago, and the vents along the top of the shoe gave me the worst blisters I’ve ever had! They ended up infected, and were so painful! Now I’m afraid to wear them, even for shorter runs.

Road running for WHO??

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick notes: - More narrow than previous Glycerins (as someone with metatarsalgia this was disappointing) - Sad that there’s no GT version of the shoe but the cushion makes up for it - Too much cushion if you’re not used to but I found it manageable and my feet were so comfy in these when I took them to all the universal studios parks in Orlando! - Excellent heel lock! Still not a well rounded shoe to take into they gym for strength training but it can be if you ignore the high stack - LOVE the cushioned tongue, I returned the Ghost Max3 for this reason alone! (I hate that they slid inward when putting them on so I returned them) - For me it works out as an everything shoe because of my sensitive metatarsal. I think most would enjoy this more as a walking shoe, bc runs feel a bit off balance due to the stack if you aren’t use to it. Might need some ankle stability for these! Maybe nitpicking… but I am so sick and tired of having to clean these, good lord! These are the shoes after a thorough clean! I hate that they feel permanently stained, I haven’t even worn them on my outdoor runs/walks and they get dirty so fast! PLEASE give us a good solid black shoe! If anything, some more solid colors! It’s like designers don’t take into account that they are running shoes, KNIT shoes to top it off. Come on, a nice black shoe wouldn’t hurt to add!

Weak link = OUTSOLE

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

These get a 5 for comfort and functionality, but a 1-2 for durability. 110lb woman, size 6 shoe, efficient form, 125 miles on the shoe and some of the outsole has worn through to the midsole foam.

Max cushion but unstable

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

These are very cushiony and it doesn't make me feel to stable. I felt that my right shoe felt tight and ended up having pain while running. Maybe they just werent the right shoe for me.

I Like These

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Glycerin Max 2 is very comfortable. I love the cushion. I can run and do other workouts without my feet hurting. I am not crazy about the look of these. They have kind of a "Pointed" toe box. Other than that they feel comfortable.

Glycerin Max 2 is the most comfortable tennis shoe

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable shoes I own. Brooks is my favorite brand when it comes to tennis shoes. They always feel broken in and so comfortable when I buy a new pair. That is valuable to me. I don’t want it to take weeks or months to break in a new pair of shoes.

Bring back Glycerin Max.

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

Please bring back the original glycerin max. It is perfect for my feet. Glycerin max 2 is not the same. The cushion is different and toe box more narrow. It would be great if you offered both. I am a nurse and can work three 12 hour shifts in a row in glycerin max. The glycerin max 2 puts pressure in my lower back on long days so aren’t of much use.

The best shoes you’ll ever put on your feet

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the support these shoes give me during long 12-hour shifts. I’m on my feet all day, and they keep me comfortable from start to finish. Great cushioning, great support, and no more aching feet at the end of the day—highly recommend! I usually wear a size 10 in other brands, but I saw recommendations to size up half a size in Brooks, so I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. I also have almost completely flat feet, and these provide the perfect amount of support.

Great running shoe!

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these shoes! I feel like I’m running on air! I tried Hoka Clifton’s and was disappointed. I sent them back and got these. Brooks shoes are my favorite! * I did have to order a half size up because they don’t come in wide. The 9’s were too narrow and caused blisters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn and loved the original glycerin maxs, I put about 300 miles on those and decided to order the glycerin max 2. They are completely different, they hurt my feet—specifically the ball of my foot, and all of my toes are blistered. Even just walking in them, I have foot pain.

Wow

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
