Very Uncomfortable - Do Not Buy!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
The original Glycerin Max shoes were the most comfortable shoes I ever owned. The Glycerin Max 2's are extremely uncomfortable. The heel of the shoes are so hard that I had to take them off midday because they hurt my feet so bad. Will be returning them.

Still moving after all these years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 71 years old don’t run much now, only walking due to knee arthritis. When I was younger always ran in chariot’s. Moved away from Brook’s to another brand years ago. I was looking for a better cushion shoe and happened to come across the Ghost Max 2 which I loved, bought my 2nd pair about a year ago for the fit and cushion, it was a white pair. It was winter and I didn’t feel comfortable with the white for winter walking. Started looking for a black shoe and came a cross the Glycerin Max 2. Purchased a pair in dark blue. Love the cushion and roll. Best shoe I’ve worn. So much cushion for these arthritic knees!

Excellent quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I'm very unlucky when it comes to choosing shoes, but these shoes are amazing. I have pain in my heel, lower back, and knee, all on my left side. Additionally, my left ankle tends to roll outwards when I walk. From the first time I wore these shoes, I felt a profound sense of comfort. My heel felt stable, and at the same time, I was walking on foam—a firm foam that supports the ankle, preventing it from tilting and absorbing impacts upon landing. This is what reduces the pain.It doesn't bounce back to your body, so I recommend everyone buy it.

Chunky good mint soul but fades away colors and hurts upper fabric
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do they need to be remodeled the upper fabric after some time starts hurting your feet and the nails of the foot heel support is good but I won't recommend this shoe that's why you won't see the shoes much most of the time you see the hoka bondi It's not good for the ones who wanted to wear it for a long time plus it feels chunky big souls doesn't look good

Being older having good cushioning is a must for me. These running shoes delivered! It took a little getting used to the upsweep toe design, but I believe it attributed to shaving 10 minutes off my 21.1 K time.

Great Shoe for daily running and walking
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Glycerin Max2 — a stable high stack even for my sensitive unilateral pronation foot! I have been a Hoka fan (Bondi Arahi, Clifton, Gaviota) , but I was curious about Brooks (my daughter recommended Brooks). I have run daily for years and at age 64 while I feel young, my L4-5 back doesn’t. I wear 12 regular size in Hoka, and that was a perfect size for the Brooks Glycerin Max2. I love this shoe, and the choices in colors have been excellent. I wear at work as well and that involves often prolonged periods of standing. My back has had much less pain and numbness as well, which is greatly appreciated. Great shoe.

Brooks by the sea
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always run in Glycerin’s and upgraded to the Max when it came out. This newer model feels so good during long runs, I almost don’t notice I have them on. I once tried out a competitor with similar style but was to loose at the ankles. Color choice insures people can see me, even if they don’t want to!

Max
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glycerin Max 2 takes the "maximalist" trend and refines it. While some high-stack shoes feel like balancing on marshmallows, Brooks has managed to maintain a sense of stability and energy return that keeps the ride from feeling mushy.

Great for long shifts
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these for long hospital shifts and they’ve been excellent. The cushioning is very soft but still supportive, which helps a lot during long hours on my feet. My feet feel much less fatigued compared to other shoes I’ve tried.
