No, I don't recommend this
Nothing wrong with the fleece but it was heavier weight than what I was looking for. It would be helpful if information on the weight/warmth could be provided in the product description.

Standard everyday fleece layer with useful zipped side pockets. I chose the attractive green colourway for spring/summer and was pleased that it matches a Regatta gilet (Sweetness)currently being sold. I am 172cm and would have been happier with a longer length.
