Faux Leather Top Handle Tote Bag

Overall a lovely bag but there are a few negatives. It scratches easily and mine arrived with a small scratch on the front. The clasp scratched after only one use where it opens/closes. There is thread fraying from the side already and the compartment separator inside does not go all the way to the bottom, so small items move around the different compartments. It does look very nice and I am happy I bought it. I would recommend it but I think M&S need to improve the quality.

I bought the black bag even though I loved the caramel one but reviews said that it marked very easily which put me off but I might consider purchasing it as I’m not hard on bags also I’m not out often. If your looking for a bag that’s the nearest to a leather one then you should consider it as it looks leather and the metal is excellent but the closing metal latch marks when it’s locked you can’t see it and I was considering returning it for that reason but if it gets any worse I will return it. The stitching is excellent no loose threads or missed stitching,I was surprised there were no studs on the base as I’ve bought bags from TU and other supermarket bags that have had studs.Tons of room inside for everything you would need. Before I forget it does have a crossbody strap which suits me as I need to use a crutch all the time and my husband has the other hand!!😁. I am 56 and this was my 1st black bag as I’ve always had bright coloured ones also I got 20% off it so that also swayed me. It is a lovely bag so if you want a non leather bag that really looks like leather then don’t hesitate. Happy shopping.

I gave two stars. With great excitement I purchased this black bag only to receive (click and collect) one with manufacturing fault. The bag shut properly, but the metal attachment was deeply scratched. I could see and feel it. Unfortunately there were only tan ones to exchange in-store, so I returned the black one.

Beautifully crafted, roomy and chic. You can tell it's been very well made, it's the perfect day-to-night bag.

Looks nice but !! The clasp has scratched after 2 wears and along the edges you can see all bits of cotton that I will have to try and cut off somehow - might even return the item

I used the nag gor first time at weekend, i was unable to adjust the shoulder strap as the metal hook came off and stuck on the wrong side,i had to fix with a screwdriver the clip closure at front is marked already not a well made product but looks great

I had seen the handbag and thought it looked good quality. I read the reviews which were all positive so decided to order it. Not disappointed. Great buy. Very happy with it.

Nice, quality bag. Has zip pouch to divide the two sections which is useful and means it keeps its structure. Looks chic. Very happy with my purchase!
