Cotton Rich Active Waist Chinos with Climate Control™

I bought these for my husband to wear, on a recent cruise to China in their winter. They are soft and warm to wear. They washed well too.

My husband is so pleased with these trousers. He says they are very comfortable to wear and the quality of the material and manufacture is excellent. He intends to purchase another pair in a different colour

Thicker material so good for wearing in winter. Good smart casual trousers. Wanted a second pair but unfortunately sold out of the colour I wanted for the time being!

These are nice trousers that are true to size They look and feel stylish,and very comfortable. Recommended.

Fantastic fit and quality . Would recommend highly M and S is my favourite store both online and instore . Been a constant shopper for more than 50 years since my Mum shopped in Leeds . Food also is my absolute No 1 .... I'm afraid I'm totally bias but love the stores .

A decent pair of chinos without being anything special. A little pricey for what you get, but hopefully I will feel better about that once I have experienced the climate control.

I like the nice thick soft material, the making up is very good quality and the style is attractive. The fit is supposed to be on the waist but actually it isn't, it fits on or maybe just above the hips, which makes them significantly less comfortable to wear than I had hoped. As a general comment it seems to be getting harder to buy trousers that really fit on the waist. I suspect that this is because many men don't have them nowadays!!

The fit is spot on extremely comfortable a warmer feel than normal chinos without feeling you are wearing thermal ones! They are really really good trousers! Both the navy and brown are particularly nice versions of these colours too. Well done M&S

I bought the trousers for my brother and he said they fit well and very comfortable. The design is good attention to details and good quality material.

Tried 29in leg-too short! Changed for 31in with a view to having them shortened only to find that they actually measured 30in and fitted perfectly. Sizes on labels need to show reality!!

He is delighted with these trousers, especially the active waist and they fit so well round the seat. The fabric is very comfortable to wear and warm in this cold January weather. Another pair has just been purchased. I hope they will be kept in the range for a very long time.

Good quality and fitted perfectly, given the rarely given by other shops the 29" inside leg. Stylish without being over trendy.

Excellent trousers especially during the cold spell we have just had. Only complaint with M & S trousers is the length size I would like a 32inch leg.

I have been wearing 31" leg length trousers from Mark and Spencer's for probably over 30 years and they have always been a perfect fit. So having ordered these online I was very disappointed to find them almost 2" too short. They are clearly marked 36/31 but don't fit. I have not suddenly got taller so clearly there is an inconsistency in the supplier sizing. I have consequently lost what I paid in postage to have them delivered so won't be buying from M&S again unless Customer services can accept that this was an M & S error and send me another pair at the correct 31" leg length.
