Rebecca HastingsBest bedding for all seasons
Our brilliant selection of bedding includes the Body Sensor range, which features clever tech to regulate body temperature, keeping you cool when it’s warm and cosy when it’s cold, to help you get a great night’s sleep, whatever the weather. The collection includes temperature-regulating duvets in four tog ratings from 1 to 10.5 tog (the higher the number, the warmer the duvet), pillows and a mattress topper, as well as temperature-regulating duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets to dress your bed in a range of soft, soothing shades.
Bedding that targets specific sleep concerns
One of the biggest causes of allergies is dust mites – tiny insects found in household dust. Symptoms are similar to those of pollen allergies: sneezing, runny nose and itchy eyes, but can also include wheezing and shortness of breath – the last thing you want when you’re trying to nod off. Our range of anti-allergy bedding, which includes pillows and duvets, is proven to reduce dust mites.
Struggling with a particular sleep issue? We have a range of solutions targeting specific sleep concerns, including a pillow to ease neck pain, an orthopaedic body pillow that can also aid sleep during pregnancy and a sports recovery body pillow to help with sports-related aches and pains and speed up recovery.
Get the light right
From streetlights and your neighbour’s garden lanterns to light evenings and early sunrises, brightness outside your bedroom can stop you getting to sleep or wake you up prematurely. Block it out with our blackout curtains. It’s not just the rays coming in: getting your bedroom lighting right can help you sleep better. Bedside table lamps will help to create a warm, relaxing environment. Try to avoid flipping on a bright ceiling light on your way to bed, or consider fitting a dimmer switch, and shut down screens an hour or two before bed.
