Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

According to my friend, that the bouquet was sent to to celebrate her retirement, it had a fantastic selection of very fresh flowers which were beautiful, colourful and scented. The bouquet arrived on time and the packaging could not have been any better. My friend was absolutely over the moon and phoned me straight away to thank me for the lovely gift of flowers.

Flowers were not fresh, in particular the chrysanthemums were already starting to drop and the roses looked tired. Not impressed with what was a £50 bouquet which was on offer for £10. Won’t be tempted to send flowers again.
