Heat the grill to medium. Put the Tenderstem (200 g) on a foil-lined baking tray, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and season. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes until tender and lightly charred.

Meanwhile, warm the flatbreads (1 pack) under the grill for 2 minutes.

Spread each flatbread with the tzatziki (200 g) and top with the grilled Tenderstem, pomegranate (100 g) and mint (10 g). Finish with a little more seasoning.
