Use the back of a teaspoon to make a small opening in each bun (1 pack). Spoon 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam (9 tsp) into each bun, and then lightly pinch the buns together to seal.

Heat a large non‑stick frying pan over a medium heat and melt the butter (2 tbsp). Add the filled buns and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden.

Meanwhile, mix the sugar (2 tbsp) and cinnamon (2 tsp) together on a plate. While the buns are still warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar until coated.
