Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Arrange the red onions (2), apples (2) and gnocchi (400 g) on a baking tray and drizzle generously with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the sausages (6) on top and roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausages are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and stir in the butter beans (1 tin) with their liquid. Add the sauce (1 pack) and mix everything together. Arrange the sage leaves (10 g) on top, then return to the oven for a further 5–10 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through.
