Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the onions (2) to a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes. When the onions have 10 minutes left, add the broccoli (1 pack) and cook until the onions are soft and the broccoli is golden.

When the veggies are tender, heat the rice (2 pouches) in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, until piping hot.

Add to a large platter or serving bowl and mix through the edamame beans (1 pack). Top with the roasted veggies and avocado (2) and drizzle over the dressing (200 ml).

Top with the sliced chilli (1) and sesame seeds (1 tbsp) and serve.
