Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Take the dough (1 pack) out of the fridge to allow it to soften slightly. Grease six holes of a muffin tin.

Cut the dough into six pieces and form each into a flat disc. Carefully push into the muffin trays, pulling it up around the sides. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden.

Remove from the oven and, while still warm, push the dough back into the sides of the tin to help the cup shapes hold.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully remove from the tin (it’s OK if they’re still a little bit warm).

Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (4 scoops).
