Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Arrange the gnocchi (400 g) over a large oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until beginning to crisp.

Add the chickpeas (1 jar), drizzle with a little more olive oil and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.

Stir in the pasta sauce (1 jar) and return to the oven for a further 3-4 minutes to heat through.

Tear the burrata (1 pack) on top, then drizzle with a little olive oil and finish with a grind of black pepper.
