Mix the raspberries (150 g) and kefir yogurt (100 g) together in a mixing bowl. Add honey (to taste) if you’d like it a bit sweeter.

Line a plate with greaseproof paper. Spoon the mixture into 6 equal piles. Gently flatten with the back of the spoon, then pop into the freezer until completely set (this will take about 1 hour).

Melt the chocolate (1 bar) in a heatproof bowl that’s set over a pan of boiling water. Stir in the matcha (1 tsp), if using. Dip the frozen yogurt rounds into the melted chocolate and place back onto the greaseproof paper and return to the freezer until frozen solid. This will take around 4 hours, depending on your freezer.

Remove from the freezer and leave to sit for at least 15 minutes before digging in.
