Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the penne (200 g) for 11-13 minutes, until al dente.

Meanwhile, combine the peppers (1 tub), chickpeas (1 tub) and feta (75 g) in a large bowl.

Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of pasta cooking water. Stir the pasta into the peppers, feta and chickpeas in the bowl, adding a splash of cooking water if needed to create a glossy sauce, and serve.
