Heat a splash of oil in a large, lidded, deep frying pan and add the onions (2) and a sprinkle of salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until soft and sticky, then stir in the korma paste (1 jar). Sizzle for 1 minute then stir in the coconut milk (1 tin), refilling the tin halfway with water and adding this too, along with 1 tsp salt. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the potatoes (1 kg), cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are completely tender. Add a splash more water as needed to create a thick sauce.

Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium and heat the naans (2) for 2 minutes according to the pack instructions.

Stir the peas (300 g) into the curry and cook for 1 minute. Serve with the naan bread, lime wedges (1) and fresh coriander (1 handful) on top.
