For the pink mojito

mint, leaves picked

ice cubes, crushed

M&S Distilled Jamaican white rum
25 ml
M&S blood orange and passionfruit cordial

For the French martini
50 ml
M&S 5 times Distilled British vodka
25 ml
M&S cherry brandy liqueur
60 ml
M&S pressed pineapple juice with lime

For the grapefruit gin spritz: Add a handful of ice (1 handful) to a glass of your choice. Pour in the grapefruit gin (50 ml), raspberry cordial (25 ml), prosecco (75 ml) and soda water (25 ml). Give it a gentle stir.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit (1 slice) and a sprig of thyme (1 sprig).

For the pink mojito: Muddle/crush the raspberries (4), mint leaves (1 handful) and lime juice (1/2) in a tall glass.

Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice (as needed). Pour over the rum (50 ml) and blood orange and passionfruit cordial (25 ml) and give it a gentle stir. Fill the rest of the glass with soda water (as needed).

For the French martini: Add the vodka (50 ml), cherry brandy liqueur (25 ml), pineapple juice (60 ml) and ice (1 handful) into a cocktail shaker. Give it a good shake until there is a foamy layer on top.

Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with the raspberries (2), threaded onto a cocktail stick.
