Heat the curry paste (1 jar) in a large pan or wok for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the coconut milk (1 tin) and bring to a gentle simmer.

Prepare the rice noodles (2 nests) according to the pack instructions.

Drop the pak choi (1 pack) and Tenderstem broccoli (1 pack) into the coconutty soup and cook for 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Meanwhile, cook the gyoza (1 pack) according to the pack instructions.

Spoon the cooked noodles into four bowls and ladle over the soup. Arrange the gyoza on top and serve with the lime wedges (1), coriander (1 handful) and ponzu dip that comes with the gyoza on the side.
