Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan that has a lid and add the fish (2) over a medium heat. Season and cook for 2 minutes then flip.

Pour in the wine (150 ml), increase the heat and bubble for 1 minute. Scatter in the artichokes (1 pack) and any oil from the pack and capers (1 1/2 tbsp) before covering with a lid, reducing the heat and cooking for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Remove the fish and stir in the crème fraiche (4 tbsp) to combine and create a sauce.

Squeeze the lemon (1/2) and scatter the parsley (1 tbsp) over the fish, spoon over the sauce then add the lemon wedges (1/2) and crusty bread (as needed) on the side.
