Put the M&S Jersey royal potatoes (800 g) in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until fork tender. Drain well and allow to steam dry. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Heat the M&S four cheese sauce (350 g) according to pack instructions and stir through the double cream (200 ml). Mix it through the potatoes and transfer to an oven proof dish (we used a 22cm round dish). Scatter over the M&S dolce gorgonzola (75 g), Parmigiano Reggiano (50 g), pecorino Romano (50 g) and panko breadcrumbs (50 g) before baking for 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.

Meanwhile, whisk together the M&S extra virgin olive oil (3 tbsp), wholegrain mustard (1 tbsp) and M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1/4). Toss with the M&S rose verde salad (140 g).
