Slice the halloumi (1) into 1cm pieces. Add the hot honey sauce (3 tbsp) to a shallow bowl and coat the halloumi in the sauce.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the halloumi for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and sticky. Meanwhile, heat the flatbreads (2) in the oven according to the pack instructions.

Pile the salad (1 box) onto the flatbreads before topping with the sticky halloumi and any remaining marinade.
