Place a scoop of ice-cream (2 scoops) in the bottom of a sundae glass.

Alternate layers of sauce (3 tbsp), strawberries (1 handful) and crumbled shortbread (2) on top.

Add the second scoop of ice-cream and keep layering the sauce, strawberries and shortbread – reserving some to decorate – until the glass is full.

Top with whipped cream (3 tbsp) and finish with your remaining strawberries, a drizzle of sauce and some more crumbled shortbread.
