Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Once hot, fry the halloumi (500 g) for roughly 3 minutes on each side, until golden all over. To finish, glaze with a drizzle of M&S pure honey (4 tbsp).

Add the rocket (1 pack) to the sweet potato salad (2 pots) and toss together.

Divide the salad between 4 bowls and season generously with the za’atar (50 g). Add 2 halloumi slices to each bowl, drizzle with honey and sprinkle over some za’atar to serve.
