Cook the rice (300 g) according to the pack instructions. Preheat the grill to high.

Place the salmon (4) skin-side-down on an oiled baking sheet. Brush with some of the teriyaki sauce (1/2 pouch) and grill for 6-8 minutes, until just cooked.

Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil (2 tsp) in a large frying pan. Add the pak choi (6) cut-side-down and scatter with the garlic (1 clove). Cook for 30 seconds to char slightly, then drizzle in 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp water.

Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Serve the pak choi with the teriyaki salmon and basmati rice, and scatter with the sesame seeds (1 tbsp).
