These pans are well designed and solidly constructed. They can be used multiple times daily as they can be cleaned so easily and be ready to go for any assorted food types you wish to cook with a brilliant even heat distribution. They are of a medium weight and when lightly oiled as recommended they give a wonderful non-stick performance and food lifts easily from the surface of their clever circular ridged design. Very impressed so far. Sturdy construction, conducts the heat well (and quickly) and the non-stick works, but I did have to use a bit of oil on the 20cm pan to test-fry an egg as it stuck to the grooves.
