Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

When they arrived they seemed bedraggled but we followed the instructions eg when to add the flower food etc. and they picked up remarkably, smelled beautiful and even the roses lasted.

Vase was lovely and delivery and communication was good. The flowers were disappointing and only lasted 4 days. The colours were not quite as advertised and the roses were the only pink flowers in the bouquet.

These flowers were sent as a Get Well Soon gift and the first photograph I received from them was truly quite disappointing! They looked nothing like the photograph on the website. They were delivered in bud and therefore looked sparse to say the least! HOWEVER, the photograph from the next day was a different story and they looked very pretty indeed.

I was disappointed with with the condition of the roses. There were three that went straight in the bin as they were brown. I did like the glass vase they came with as that complimented the bouquet, and the rest of the flowers were delightful. The perfume from them was stunning.
