Some improvement in sleep
Yes, I recommend this
I bought this product because I often have problems sleeping. I bought it half-price in the sale. I have seen some improvement in my sleep pattern but I am not sure if this is due to the fact that I am currently off work! I will see how things go next week. I would not have paid full price, however. The packaging is a little plain.

This works is a great addition to Marks and Spencer’s. I love all of their products to do with sleep and have been sleeping better with there help. A little expensive but worth every penny. I’ve purchased for my niece and she loves it too

I was struggling to get to sleep and stay asleep for weeks so was feeling exhausted and in need of a remedy! This has helped, I use the oil before bed to give me time to breathe in & relax and the 2 together have helped me get to sleep more quickly, as well as sleeping through most nights since I started using this. I have also used the bath/shower wash in the same range to help me get the full effect! Try it zzzzzzz
