Overpriced and poor quality product
No, I don't recommend this
The original gazebo purchased 3 years ago has self destructed due to the trellis literally falling to pieces and the roof canvas becoming brittle and tearing at all the points where it attaches to the frame. We purchased anew one recently hoping that M&S will have addressed all the design problems in the previous version. I'm sorry to say that they have not, instead they have cost reduced many of the parts whilst considerably raising the price, The trellis work is all glued together but is however held in middle of the trellis by a single row of rivets. These will not act to resolve the problems found by myself and reported by other reviewers. The roof still gather water, and frankly is a nightmare when it rains as you must constantly go outside and get the water off by pushing up from the inside with a broom. When you go on holiday you will have to take the roof off otherwise you are likely to come back home as we did to find so much water has gathered that the roof spars have broken. Its a nice looking product but not worth the money or aggravation. M&S buyers have not done well here, with the history of design problems clearly seen in the reviews, these problems should have been solved. My advice is to steer well clear of this product.

Waste of money!
No, I don't recommend this
What can I say! I have read all the reviews and have had the same experience as all of them - apart from the reviewer who has bought it and not put it up yet. Save your time and money - don't bother. We bought ours four years ago and only got to use it once before it became virtually unusable. Have bought one for less than £50 from another company and have used it each year since then with no problems. Doesn't look as nice admittedly but dressed up it has perfect functionality and goes up like a dream. In fact each of my children have one now for their families. M&s, you need to stop selling this gazebo!

Gazebo
No, I don't recommend this
We bought this Gazebo 3 years ago and are VERY disappointed with it. Style looks great and that's about it. We looked after this well and only kept it out for 2/3 months at most and then stored this carefully in the garage. Where do I start? Trellis structure not strong. Water collects and stays on the roof and produces 8 water filled pockets which have to be cleared frequently. Last year during bad rainfall the whole structure collapsed and the ceiling beam broke in 2 and ripped the roofing material in 7 different places. My husband has had to patch this up with tape. I can safely say this was a poor buy for the money spent and can say it will be used as firewood. Looked good but not he best quality which is a shame for Marks and Spencers. Even though on offer at half price this is more than what we paid. Would not recommend .

All that glitters is not gold
No, I don't recommend this
Looks good on website. Very difficult and time consuming to construct, so it has to stay up for the season. We were lucky to have a son-in-law over 6ft tall, or it still would not be up. Rain collects on roof and therefore stretches it. With only 3 small pieces of Velcro to hold the sides together, a slight wind blows the sides all over the place. Definitely not worth the money, and will probably only last for one summer, whereas we have had cheap ones last several years. Extra screws required to screw to deck. Funnily enough, M&S did not ask for a review - they usually do.........

Quality
Yes, I recommend this
We saw this last year and sadly M & S had run out of stock and we couldn't buy it. We had been waiting for it to come back in for sale but were disappointed to find it was several £100's more than last year when it finally came back into stock. Thankfully it was put immediately in the sale and although it ended up being approx £80 more than last year we ordered it. We have unpacked it but as yet have not put it up. We saw a built one last year and fell in love with it, the quality again looked fantastic and on checking it this one looks just as good as the one we saw last year. Just waiting for the sun now and this will make a lovely extra feature for our garden.

Great design, but it won't last long
No, I don't recommend this
First the good points. We love the design of the gazebo and take as many meals in it as we can. The structure initially appears to be well designed, however this soon proves to be an illusion. After three years during which the gazebo is always dismantled and stored in the garage, the trellis work is all becoming unglued and the vertical components are literally falling off. Worse is the roof. The material is a loose fit on the gazebo, resulting in pools of water gathering in the corners whenever it rains, Recently such a large pool collected that the roof spar snapped in half, leaving this very expensive gazebo ruined. Its clear from the other reviewers that this is as a result of poor design. In my view this gazebo is not fit for purpose.

Loved it but disappointing after short time.
No, I don't recommend this
Bought this from our local large M&S store about 3 years ago. We were delighted with the look and we were complimented on it frequently . Very quickly however, we realised the design of the roof was very poor as it buckled and collapsed after a rain downpour. The cover began to tear also and we struggled to keep it until last year when we eventually threw it In the bin .. It has now been replaced with a sturdier, cheaper model.

Disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
The roof was a disappointment, it has torn and is unable to be fixed despite trying. So we are now left with a frame and curtains with a roof that has holes. Such a shame it wouldn't be so bad if we could have got a replacement roof. It looked brilliant when we got the gazebo and had high hopes however it has been disappointing.

Nordina Finish Gazebo.
No, I don't recommend this
Please be aware when buying this gazebo that the fabric roof is vunerable. The sun and rain cause the roof to perish after a couple of years and the fabric tears and lets in rain. This roof is not a standard size because of the corner struts and Marks and Spencer are unable to access replacements. This renders the whole gazebo useless. A very expensive item for such a short period of use.

Poor Design of Central Plate
No, I don't recommend this
The central plate is poorly designed and does not hold the poles in place well. This means the poles come out of position and the roof collapses. When it twists the supplied bolts do not hold it in place and pop through the holes and because it is made of thin metal it distorts in shape. I think they can easily fix the design and sort it out if other users have the same problem. It looks very nice otherwise. You need the help of at least two to three people to get the roof section on the frame.
