The top comes as part of a pj set, sold as separates. I bought it as a vest top to wear under cardies. It is really lovely. Well made and soft to the touch so delish to wear. It has internal bust support and will stretch to hip length, if that's what you like. As 12/14 small frame, the 12 was fine, but if you're larger under the bust you might find 14 better. Finally, the Teal colour is really rich and it's a shade I love.
