I didn't realize that the mandrake has to sit at a 45 deg angle to the pot label, it looks a bit weird displayed. And the leaves have giant stickers. It's a bit disappointing for the price.

I recently built the LEGO Mandrake set and I’m quite happy with it! The Mandrake itself is incredibly fun to put together, with unique elements that really bring the magical creature to life. There are a few tricky bits to put together though! The building process was enjoyable, with a nice balance of challenge and relaxation. Plus, the small touches like the movable roots and the cute little pot make it even more charming. It’s a perfect set for any Harry Potter fan or LEGO fan looking for something special to add to their collection. Recommend!

This was my first Harry Potter build and it was so much fun. Actually, this was my first EVER Lego build. It is SO real looking. When you pull it out of the pot the memories of the sounds it makes from the film will come flooding back to you. He is going on my counter at my school library I work for. I am one happy builder ibrarian. Next up, the sorting hat!

10/10 fun and unique build. The only problem was the pot was the last thing to build so the mandrake was screaming the whole time which was distracting yet great for the full on experience!

The LEGO Harry Potter Mandrake Puzzle Kit is a fun, interactive set that recreates iconic scenes with charming details and simple puzzle mechanics, perfect for younger fans and collectors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LEGO Harry Potter Mandrake Puzzle Kit offers a fun and interactive experience for fans of the Wizarding World. The highlight is the Mandrake itself, with its signature scream as part of the puzzle mechanic. The build features clever details like the pots for repotting Mandrakes and the inclusion of sound effects when you “pull” the Mandrake from its pot, adding to the immersion. The kit is well-suited for children and adults, striking a balance between nostalgic charm and engaging gameplay. The assembly process is intuitive, following LEGO’s usual high standards, and the design captures the essence of the Harry Potter universe. However, the puzzle aspect is relatively simple, so younger fans might enjoy it more than seasoned LEGO builders. For Harry Potter collectors or those looking for a display piece, this set has great visual appeal and ties into iconic moments from the films. Overall, the LEGO Harry Potter Mandrake Puzzle Kit is a fun, interactive set that combines LEGO creativity with Harry Potter magic, although the challenge level may be light for more experienced LEGO enthusiasts.

For a theme with no anew material to work off of, Lego must get very imaginative to give us something new. They really hit that make here. The only criticism is the leaves being stickers rather than prints. For a rather overpriced set, in my opinion, printed pieces would only be fair. One thing that would really bring the set to the next level would be one of their new sound bricks so when the Mandrake is pulled out, it screams. Overall I do like it, I bought after all 🙂

The mandrake is adorable and fun to build. The fact that you can pull it out of the pot makes it that much better. It didn’t take long at all to build either. Highly recommend for anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lego is to collect because it has good instruction. Every piece of different plastic bags it is very safe because you can lose pieces and don't collect your lego. My daughter was so excited and to collect about 5 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Harry Potter Lego sets rarely disappoint me and this was no exception! It took about 2.5 hours to build and there were a couple times I messed up so it’s definitely a more advanced set. It ended up being so cute and I’m excited to display it!
