Sized down, instantly comfortable shoes

I'd read an online review about these being big so I ordered size 5 instead of my usual size 6. At first I worried they were still too big but actually they stay on my feet and it's one of the few times I've worn new shoes without any pain whatsoever. They look nice with jeans and I'm getting plenty of use from them but the metal bit does make a noise when you walk so . . . avoid if you are a cat burglar I guess?
