I purchased these to replace a pair of sandals I use around the house. However there was a problem again with sizing. I ordered a pair of size 11 online but when I tried them on, on picking them up, they were clearly a size 10 despite being labeled size 11. I then ordered a size 12 pair which when I picked them up and tried them on seemed to fit perfectly despite being labelled size 10. It was very convenient to pick my orders up at my local M&S store as I was able to return the first pair in-store after trying them on without any hassle or fuss.
