Icon Convertible Backpack

Some of the stitches broke at first use of the bag and a rip developed. Luckily M&S customer service is excellent and i did get a refund.

Very good product, well thought out inner pockets. Zip top.

The bag is Absolutely perfect Lightweight and plenty of room for my gym gear.

Really useful bag and great quality. I purchased to use on holiday as a travel / out and about bag and have ended up using it much more than I thought. I tend to use the shoulder strap more than ruck sack but handy to have both. Have used for work to carry laptop etc too works well as a general go to bag

This bag is a lovely design and really nicely made. I use it for the gym and shops and it is pretty roomy. I particularly like the bottle section in the bag. However, I agree with other reviews that it would be even better if the rucksack straps could be fully shortened or stored whilst using it as a tote (hence 4 stars rather than 5).

I use this bag for work and it fits in all I need, laptop, water bottle, shoes and lunch box. Could be a little wider to make it easier to get things in and out, but other wise a good bag.
