Poor quality
This product arrived with multiple items loose in a bigger box containing the suitcase box. The items that were loose in the box were all dented and knocked. For the price and as it was a gift, I contacted M & S to ask for the dented items to be replaced. I emailed photos to the email address given to me by “Ishmael” and am still awaiting any sort of reply. I gave the gist to my brother with a sorry it’s dented and looks used. Thanks M and S

If it actually arrives by courier without being dumped because it was badly handled I’d let you know. Additionally M&S doesn’t advise you that it has been dumped bybtge courier.

Was expecting all the items to be in the suitcase ,but it arrived with 4 items in the packaging box and not the suitcase . I have struggled to get all the items in the suitcase as it is a gift for a family to open together at Christmas . Suitcase should be made bigger in future

I thought all items would be in the box but they weren't, so I rearranged everything and put the box lid under the box, bought from the florist cellphone wrapped it and finished with a red ribbon, looks much nicer,
