Wool Blend Herringbone Cocoon Longline Coat

Have always liked herringbone tweed but was not intending to buy a coat this winter. However, the sale price was such a good bargain that I bought it. Only one size was left as many before me had snapped it up but reviewers mentioned they had downsized so I took a chance on a size 12. It fitted perfectly and I’m so happy with my purchase of this classic design- and with the on trend leather collar. The fabric and tailoring are excellent quality.

Excellent quality and a classic but rather large so size down

Really lovely coat. I love the material and it has a very slight yellow fleck in black and white. Leather collar is stylish. My only complaint is the sizing. Very large fitting. I had to return and buy a smaller one, smaller size is still loose fitting but comfortable and I need it for arm length. My advice is to size down. A back split would have nice too but the straight fit is fine as loose fitting.

Nice cost - Jaeger sizing is off though. 2nd Jaeger coat I’ve had where had to go down 2 sizes - I’m a 14 and even the 10 feels roomy! But always great quality and feels lovely to wear.

Love the quality . Great length , not too long . Warm and cosy with good deep pockets . My only disappointment was I was out in light rain and the leather collar seemed to bubble slightly where it got a drop of rain on it .
