Lovely jacket but there was a thread pulled on the upper arm.I had to reorder another jacket from m and s and this time there was a larger thread even more visible on the front panel. Will send both back an re-order direct from brand label.Very disappointed that m and s sent out two faulty jackets

Beautiful jacket. Bought for a wedding to go with a navy and ivory spot dress so compliments it very well. One complaint which is very frustrating and it’s not the first time.. When I picked up my order it was packed in the tiniest of bags and folded in half which had quite a few crease makes in and really is not what you would expect from a jacket costing over £100
