This is my go to neck warmer when walking my dog on cold winter days. A little dissapointed that one of the elastic straps to adjust the neck did not stay anchored, but it does not affect overall performance.

Bought this to cover my face while riding my bike. It does a good job of keeping you warm. The only issue is that if you intend to use this to cover your nose / mouth on the really cold days, there are no ventilation holes so it's very restrictive on your breathing, meaning you can only last a short amount of time exercising this way. If you want to cover your mouth maybe get something else but perfect if not.
