Champagne Saver

Worked so so well and saved my champagne! Once, I had an open bottle for four days (rare occurrence :)) and it was able to keep the fizz in even four days later. Not quite the same as when opened on day 1 but still impressive. Would buy one for all my friends if they were still available.

I am very happy with this for my favourite prosecco. My existing spring mechanism stopper did not work but this M&S one does the job and allows me to pour without removing the stopper. A little leaflet in the box explains how to use it. I know it may not fit every type of bottle but it meets my requirements.

Excellent product, ideal stocking filler for Fizz lovers

I had a few spring mechanism toppers which all broke in the end/not really stayed on the bottle top, so I was looking for one which did not have the spring mechanism- this is perfect as it stays on and easy open/close to pour the drink. Given 4 star and 1 star short as the fizz only lasted for one day- by +day 2 all the fizz has gone flat, but still the best fizz topper out there at this price range it is outstanding.

This is suitable for some sparkling wines but I bought it to use with 2 cases of Conte Priule Prosecco which I had also bought from M & S ........ it doesn’t fit on these bottles. I do appreciate that it will not be suitable for all sparkling wines, and it is called a ‘Champagne’ Saver so beware if you drink a regular brand of fizz as it might not be compatible. Nonetheless, it is a good product, easy to use and incorporates a useful pourer so well worth keeping for those bottles it will work on. I used it on a bottle it did fit and still had bubbles on the third day.
