Add the oats (200 g), chia seeds (40 g), coconut pot (100 g), maple syrup (2 tsp) and creamy coconut drink (300 ml) to a large mixing bowl with 200ml of water. Mix well, then decant into 4 jam jars or containers.

Top with the frozen mango (200 g) and scatter over the sesame seeds (2 tsp) . Pop into the fridge until needed.
