step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Place the potatoes (1 pack) on a large baking tray (keep the sachet of dressing aside) and roast for 30 minutes.
step 2
Once the potatoes have had 30 minutes, drizzle over the tomato dressing sachet and a little drizzle of olive oil.
step 3
Add the sea bream (2) to the tray with the potatoes. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cut half of the lemon (1/2) into thin slices and place on top of the fish and pop the tray back into the oven for a further 7-9 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
step 4
Meanwhile, heat a large saucepan over a medium-high heat and add the anchovies (4), chilli flakes (1/2 tsp) and the remaining lemon zest (1/2). Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the anchovies have begun to break down, then add the cabbage, cavolo nero and leeks (1 pack).
step 5
Pan-fry for 6-7 minutes, until cooked through. Add in a splash of water if necessary to steam the veggies. Squeeze over the remaining lemon juice.
step 6
Serve the fish and potatoes with the anchovy and chilli greens.
step 6 Serve the fish and potatoes with the anchovy and chilli greens.
