We’ve taken our golden Wagyu beef dripping Yorkshires and packed them with creamy cheddar mash, topped with Our Best Ever pigs in blankets, a dollop of cranberry sauce and a drizzle of rich onion gravy. It’s everything you love about a roast – with more comfort, and way less washing up.

step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the pigs in blankets (1 pack) to a greaseproof-lined baking tray and roast for 35 minutes, until piping hot and cooked through.
step 2
Meanwhile, remove the film from the mash (1 pack) and pop into the oven for 30 minutes, until piping hot.
step 3
In the final 5 minutes of cooking, add the Yorkshire puddings (1 pack) to the sausage baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until warmed through.
step 4
Meanwhile, add the gravy granules (4 tsp) to a jug and top up with 280ml of boiling water. Whisk until the granules have dissolved and the gravy has thickened.
step 5
Add the peas (400 g) to a small saucepan and cover with boiling water. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and then drain.
step 6
Stuff the Yorkshire puddings with mashed potato and stud with a dollop of cranberry sauce (4 tbsp). Top with the pigs in blankets and pour over the gravy. Serve with peas.
