Heat a glug of olive oil in a large ovenproof pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the diced chicken (1 pack) and pancetta (70 g), and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly, until golden brown.

Tip in the onion (1) and peppers (2) and continue to cook for 5 minutes, until softened. Squeeze in the hunter's chicken cooking paste (1 pack) and mix well, then add the chopped tomatoes (1 tin). Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until bubbling.

Meanwhile, add the gnocchi (1 pack) to a heatproof bowl and pour over boiling water to cover. Allow to stand for 5 minutes and then drain.

Stir the drained gnocchi through the chicken and pepper sauce and mix well to coat. Remove from the heat and top with the grated cheddar and mozzarella (100 g). Pop into the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the gnocchi is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
