step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Pop a large, flat baking tray into the oven to get nice and hot. Remove the pizza dough (1 pack) from the fridge and lightly dust your work surface with flour. Cut into 4 equal pieces and roll into balls. Leave to come up to room temperature before you begin.
step 2
Stretch the dough ball into a disc. Spoon over the pizza sauce (2 tbsp) and top with the grated cheese (2 tbsp) going all the way to the edges.
step 3
Halve a olives (5) lengthwise. Use one half for the spider's body. Cut the top ¼ of the other half to use as the spider’s head, then thinly slice the remaining to create little legs. You should have 6 legs in total. Repeat with the remaining olives, arranging your little spiders onto the pizza. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
step 4
Stretch the dough ball into a disc. Spoon over the pizza sauce (2 tbsp) and top with the grated cheese (2 tbsp), going all the way to the edges.
step 5
Halve half of the peppers (4) then thinly slice horizontally into strips. With the remaining peppers, cut out mini triangles.
step 6
Create eyes, nose and mouth with the triangles and create ears and eyebrows with the sliced peppers. You can also use thinly sliced olives if you’d like. Pop onto a preheated baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
step 7
Stretch the dough ball into a disc. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the top of the circle into a pumpkin stem shape. Spoon over the pizza sauce (2 tbsp) and top with the grated cheese (2 tbsp), going all the way to the edges.
step 8
Cut half of the baby peppers (1) into little triangles, and the other half into thin strips. Use the triangles to create little eyes and a nose, and the strips to create a smiley mouth shape. Pop onto a preheated baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
step 9
Stretch the dough ball into a disc. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the top of the circle into a pumpkin stem shape. Spoon over the pizza sauce (2 tbsp).
step 10
Slice the mozzarella (1/2 pack) into thick rounds. Using a knife, carve out a ghost shape. Spread out onto the pizza, making sure the little ghosts have room to spread out as they melt. Cut little triangles out of the olive (1) to use as eyes. Pop onto a preheated baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
