Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Grease a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with 1 tbsp of butter (1 tbsp).

Add the sliced peaches (1 pack) to a saucepan with the peach iced tea (150 ml) and the lemon juice (1/2). Simmer for 10 minutes until the fruit is soft and sticky.

Meanwhile, mix the melted butter (100 g) into the crumble mix (1 box). Press half of the mixture into the base of the baking tin. Pop into the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the peaches from the heat and add in the raspberries (1 punnet).

Top the crumble base with the peaches and raspberry mixture, followed by the remaining crumble mixture. Bake for another 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Cut into 12 squares and leave to cool before digging in.
