In a large bowl, whisk the double cream (150 ml) until you have stiff peaks. Fold in the custard (1 tin) until smooth.

This can be made as one large pudding or four individual puddings. Begin with a layer of broken custard cream biscuits (240 g) and spoon a layer of the custard mix on top followed by a layer of sliced bananas (3). Top with another spoonful of the custard mixture, and repeat the layers – biscuits, custard, bananas and more custard, until all the custard mixture is used up. Top with a few banana slices and some crushed custard creams.
