little gem lettuce, roughly chopped
4 tbsp
M&S soy, ginger and miso dressing
2 tbsp

step 1
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a splash of neutral oil and the gyozas (1 pack). Cook the gyoza for 7 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.

Bring a large saucepan filled with hot water to a boil. Drop in the green beans (150 g), and cook for 3 minutes, until tender. Drain and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, add the cucumber (1/2), edamame (100 g), coriander (10 g), mint (10 g) and lettuce (1 head) to a large mixing bowl. Add the cooled beans, cooked gyozas, dressing (4 tbsp) and crispy onions (2 tbsp) to the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
step 3 Meanwhile, add the cucumber (1/2), edamame (100 g), coriander (10 g), mint (10 g) and lettuce (1 head) to a large mixing bowl. Add the cooled beans, cooked gyozas, dressing (4 tbsp) and crispy onions (2 tbsp) to the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
