Heat the oat milk (200 ml) in a pan with the hot chocolate flakes (4 tbsp) for a few minutes, until the chocolate has melted, and the milk is hot.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the mushroom powder (1 1/2 tsp). Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and top with a dollop of cream (as needed), if you’d like, and a sprinkle of hot chocolate flakes. If you like it a bit sweeter, add a drizzle of maple syrup (to taste).
