Make the ice cream: put the condensed milk (200 g), double cream (600 ml) and vanilla bean paste (1 tsp) into a large bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until thick. Add in the M&S chocolate medley sprinkles (75 g) and M&S extremely chocolatey biscuits (100 g), and then scrape into a freezer container. Cover with cling film and freeze until solid. This will take 4-5 hours.

When you are ready to serve, cut the M&S extremely chocolatey hot cross buns (4) in half then lightly toast.

To assemble, add a scoop of ice cream to the top of each bun and drizzle with chocolate sauce (to taste).
