Turn the grill to a high heat. Add the chicken breast (350 g) to a bowl with 1 tbsp oil and the shawarma seasoning (4 tsp) and mix well.

Add the marinated chicken to a large foil-lined baking tray. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through. Cut a piece of chicken in half to make sure the juices run clear before serving.

Heat the flatbread (2) according to pack instructions.

To serve, spread with the labneh dip (3 tbsp) and top with the chicken, pickled red onions (1 tbsp) and parsley (1 handful). Optionally, you can serve some pickled chillis (to taste) alongside.
